The firm was founded by Michael Velazquez in 1992. Mr. Velazquez is a seasoned financial professional with diverse experience in a number of industries and professions, and broad exposure and training in taxation, accountancy, and international operations in Big 4 accounting firms and Fortune 500 companies.
Besides being a CPA, Mr. Velazquez is also the holder of a PFS (Personal Financial Specialist) credential, a designation bestowed by the AICPA upon those members of the profession whose collective body of work and additional licenses are recognized as worthy of the recognition. Mr. Velazquez has successfully completed the FINRA sponsored Series 7,65, and 66 examinations. Michael also maintains licenses in insurance and real estate in California.
The firm has established itself as a leader in tax and wealth management solutions that are responsive and creatively tailored.
